Chintamani Finalease Limited has its office in Laxmi Nagar, which is part of Delhi 92. The address is D 61. If you have ever been to Laxmi Nagar, you know it is one of the busiest places in the city. There are people everywhere and the traffic never seems to stop. Our building is right in the heart of that chaos. The office is on an upper floor, and we have a lot of stairs to climb every morning. It’s a finance and leasing company, so we are always busy with people coming in to talk about their accounts. The space is a bit small for all the staff and the records we have to keep, so it can feel a bit crowded. We have fans going all day to keep the air moving. You can hear the sounds of the market and the vehicles from the windows. It’s a very lively place to work, even if it is a bit noisy. We have been in this spot for several years now. Most of our clients are local shopkeepers or people from the surrounding neighborhoods. We don't do much in the way of fancy marketing; we just talk to the people who walk through the door. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the many food stalls nearby. It is a hard-working environment and we just do our best to stay organized. We’ve been here since the early days of the business and it feels like home.
