Cda Advisory Private Limited is located at 408, Aashirwad Enclave in Ip Extension. This is over in the 110092 area of Delhi. Our office is up on the fourth floor. It’s a standard office building, and we’ve been here for a while now. The space is used for our advisory work. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. The building can be quite busy during the day with people coming and going from other offices. We spend a lot of time going through numbers and documents for our clients. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s what we do. The enclave is a well-known spot in East Delhi, so it’s not too hard for people to find us. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most people come to us because they’ve worked with us before or someone told them about us. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done, though you can still hear the city noise. We take our tea breaks together and just talk about the news or the weather. It’s a very human way to run an office. We don't try to sound like a big international firm. We are just a local advisory team doing our best to keep up with the workload every day.
