Our place is located in the Patpar Ganj Industrial Area, at B-19 in the Functional Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and workers moving around all day long. Carelabmed Laboratory's and Medical Supplies Private Limited is what we call ourselves on the official documents. The building itself is quite sturdy, built for actual work rather than looking pretty. We spend our time managing lab equipment and medical supplies. There's always a bit of a hum from the nearby factories, which you get used to after a week or two. It’s not the kind of place people just wander into; you usually have a reason to be here. We have a small office section where we handle the billing and phone calls. The warehouse part is where most of the action happens, though. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans running constantly. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years and a few newer faces. We don't do anything fancy, just make sure the supplies are packed correctly and sent out on time. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists twice. If you are coming to visit, watch out for the potholes on the main approach road, they've been there forever.
