Our office for Capsons India Pvt. Ltd. is at House No 52-D in the Mig Flats, Pocket-Vi of Mayur Vihar Ph-Iii. It’s a regular flat that we’ve made into our base of operations. We don't have a big glass building or a fancy elevator. It’s just a place in a residential area where we can get our work done in peace. Being in Mayur Vihar means we are close to a lot of things, but tucked away enough that it isn't too crazy. We start our day with a cup of tea and a look at what needs to be finished. We don't have a lot of formal rules or a strict dress code here. Most days it’s just us sitting around our computers and talking through the projects we have on hand. The Mig Flats are pretty standard for this part of Delhi. You see kids playing outside and people coming home from work in the evening. It keeps us feeling like part of the real world, not some corporate bubble. We handle our business as best as we can, trying to stay on top of things without getting too stressed out. We don't use any of those buzzwords you hear in big companies. We just speak plain English and get to the point. If someone has a question, they just ask it. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us so far at House No 52-D. We are just regular people.
