Cafe Coffee Day

Our little spot here in Mayur Vihar at SIKA GALAXY F1 and F2 is usually full of noise from morning until night. Between the grinder running and people talking over their laptops, it rarely gets quiet in here. We’ve got a few tables outside too, which are popular when the weather isn't too hot or dusty. Most of our day is spent making lattes and washing up a never-ending stack of ceramic mugs. The milk steamer makes that loud whistling sound that you just stop noticing after working here for a week or so. We get a lot of students from the nearby area who stay for hours with just one drink, but we don't mind much as long as there’s space for other people to sit. Sometimes the internet goes down and everyone looks at us like we can fix it, but we’re just here making coffee. The furniture is starting to show its age a little, with a few scuffs here and there on the chairs and tables. We try to keep the place looking decent, sweeping the floor whenever there’s a short break in the line. It’s a lot of routine work, honestly. We show up, turn on the machines, and start the day. It’s a comfortable enough place for people to hang out without much fuss, and we just try to keep things moving along for everyone.
