Our small office is at H 9 A, in the Aruna Park area of Shakarpur. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how tight the lanes can get. Finding a parking spot near Brew Lab Food & Beverage Private Limited is a bit of a nightmare, so we usually just take the rickshaw. We work out of a modest building that doesn’t look like much from the outside. Inside, it is mostly boxes and some basic desks where we try to stay organized. Shakarpur is a loud, energetic place, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days dealing with food and beverage logistics, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until late evening. It is not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We are usually in old jeans, drinking tea and trying to figure out the best way to get our deliveries out. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the water cooler runs out, but we make do. It feels like a real community here, with the local shops and the kids playing in the street. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the shortcuts through the alleys. It is a practical place to work, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork and samples lying around. We just focus on getting the job done without much fuss. There is no corporate polish here, just people doing their jobs.
