Bonanza Portfolio Limited

If you go to Vasundhara Enclave in Delhi, you’ll find us at 67 Samrat Apartments. We’re in block 11 B. It’s a fairly quiet part of the city compared to the main roads. Bonanza Portfolio Limited operates from this apartment. It’s basically a living space that we use for our business. We’ve got desks pushed against the walls and wires running along the floor for the internet. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s just a place where we sit and work. The light in the rooms is okay, but we usually have the overhead lights on all day. We spend our time checking portfolios and making sure all the records are correct. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows. It makes the workday feel a bit more human. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone trying to sell things. We just do the work that comes in. Most of our day is spent typing and talking to clients. We have a small teapot and some biscuits for the afternoon. It’s a very standard office life. We aren't trying to be the flashiest. We just want to do our job properly from our little corner of Delhi. The apartment is functional, and it serves us well for the kind of daily tasks we have to manage for everyone.
