Bm.Com is tucked away at C 226 in Nirman Vihar, which is a pretty well-known spot in Delhi if you live on this side of the river. We have been here at 110092 for quite some time, and the neighborhood has definitely changed since we first moved in. There’s a lot more traffic now, and the metro makes everything faster but also a bit louder. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, answering emails and trying to keep the website running. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office space where we spend most of our daylight hours. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather isn't too hot, and we usually talk about things other than work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that right now. Most of the people working here live close by, so we don't have to deal with the long commutes that some other Delhi folks do. We try to keep things simple and just do what needs to be done. There’s no big hierarchy here; if something breaks, whoever is closest fixes it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist who wears a suit. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of lists of things to do. We like being in Nirman Vihar because everything we need is right around the corner.
