Bksr Food Processing Private Limited is situated at 355, on the first floor in Lalita Park. This is in the Shakarpur area, specifically near Street Number 11. If you know Laxmi Nagar, you know it’s one of those places that never really sleeps. There is always someone shouting or a bike zooming past the window. We are right in the middle of all that Baramad and Laxmi Nagar bustle. Being on the first floor is good because we are slightly away from the street noise, but it still finds its way in. We spend our days processing different food items. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting area for visitors. It’s just a workspace where things get done. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so moving equipment or heavy bags can be a real chore. We have to be careful not to bump the walls too much. The team is just a few local people who know the job inside out. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the numbers and the daily processing schedules. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We take the work seriously even if we don't have a big corporate handbook to follow. Everything is written down in registers mostly. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us here in Shakarpur. We just keep going day by day.
