Bajaj Properties

Our base for Bajaj Properties is at D 301 Saraswati Appartments in I P Extn, Patparganj, Delhi 110092. Being located inside an apartment complex makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. We’ve got a balcony where some of the guys go to have a smoke or just look at the cars passing below. Inside, the walls are lined with maps and project drawings that have been there for years. It’s a bit of a maze with all the files and folders we keep on the local property market. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, talking to buyers and sellers, or just chatting with the neighbors. The building itself is one of those classic Delhi structures that has seen better days but still feels solid. There is a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee, and it usually smells like biscuits in the afternoon. We don’t have any of those fancy modern screens or high-tech gadgets. Just some old computers and a lot of notebooks. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the Patparganj area like the back of our hand because we’ve been sitting in this same apartment for so long. People just drop by sometimes to ask about prices or just to say hello, and we like it that way. It's a simple, straightforward operation for everyone involved.
