Our office is at 1-C in Pocket-1 of the Aastha Apartments. It is over in Delhi, specifically the 110096 area. Avone Techsys Pvt. Ltd. is just a small operation running out of this residential complex. It is a bit different from a big industrial park, but it works for what we need. The apartments are usually pretty busy with families and neighbors, so there is always something going on outside the door. We don't have a big staff or a lot of noise. It is mostly just a few of us sitting at computers or handling calls. We try to keep things organized, though the desk gets a bit messy by Friday. Delhi can be a hectic city, but once you get inside the gates here, it feels a bit more manageable. We don't put much stock in fancy titles or corporate structures. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. If there is a problem, we talk about it and fix it. That is the way we have always done things. It is a quiet way to run a tech business, but we like the pace. Most days are spent looking at screens or checking on orders. We don't have a big sign out front, just the apartment number. It is a simple way to work, and we are fine with that. It feels more like a small group of friends working together than a big company.
