Ashok Mehra Jewellers

We are located at A-158, G-2 in the Dwarkashish Complex on Vikas Marg. Ashok Mehra Jewellers is a small family-run shop. We aren't like those massive jewelry showrooms you see on television with dozens of guards and marble floors. Our place is much more modest. We have a few glass counters where we keep the items we’ve made or collected. Most of our customers are people from the local neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. They know us and we know them. Vikas Marg is always busy with traffic, so there is a constant hum of cars outside our door. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more calm. We do a lot of repair work right here at the back of the shop. You can often hear the sound of a small hammer or the hiss of a torch when someone is working on a ring or a chain. It’s a bit cramped when more than three or four people are inside at once, but we make do. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy brand strategy. We just rely on the work we do and the fact that we've been in Dwarkashish Complex for a long time. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, and other days we don't even have time for lunch. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
