You can find us at 125 in the Patparganj Industrial Area. It’s a very busy part of East Delhi where there’s always something being loaded or unloaded from a tempo. Impulse Kretions Lifestyle Products occupies a space that feels a bit tight sometimes, especially when a big shipment of materials arrives. The stairs are narrow and the building has that old industrial smell of oil and cardboard. We don’t have a flashy sign outside, just a small board. Inside, the floor is mostly taken up by workstations and piles of lifestyle items we’re putting together. It gets pretty loud during the day with the packing tape machines and people shouting over the noise of the fans. We’ve been here long enough to know all the regular delivery drivers and the guys at the local canteen. The lighting isn't great in the back corners, so we use extra lamps for the detailed work. It’s a grind, especially when the weather is humid, but the team here just gets on with it. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors because we don't get many visitors anyway. Most of our work happens through phone calls and emails while we stand around the main packing table. It’s a practical environment where the focus is strictly on the physical products being made and moved out the door. We usually finish up late when there is a large order to ship out.
