Giftsxpert

If you’re ever in Laxmi Nagar, you might pass by Street Number 4 where we are at B-2. That’s where Giftsxpert is located. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and families. We keep a lot of different things in stock. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. Sometimes the aisles are a bit tight and people have to turn sideways to pass. We started this shop because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s been a lot of long days and late nights since then. The front of the shop gets a lot of sun in the morning, which makes it nice and bright, but it gets pretty warm by noon. We have a small cooler for water in the corner that we share with whoever comes in. We aren't experts in everything, despite the name, but we know our stock pretty well. We spend time talking to the courier guys and the people living upstairs. It’s a very local vibe. Laxmi Nagar is the kind of place where everyone is always in a hurry, so we try to be quick when someone is at the counter. The sign outside is a little faded now, but people still find us. We don't do much advertising. Most people just walk in because they saw something in the window or a friend told them about us. It's a simple way to run a business.
