Ashish Cotton Traders

We’ve been working out of 42A/14 in Dilshad Garden for quite some time now. Ashish Cotton Traders is pretty much what the name says. We spend our days dealing with cotton, talking to farmers, and communicating with the people who need the raw material for their factories. It’s not a clean job; there’s always a bit of lint or dust in the air, and you’ll likely go home with some on your clothes. The office is really just a place to keep the ledgers and take phone calls throughout the day. Most of the real action happens when we’re out checking the quality of the bales or coordinating with the transport trucks that arrive. Dilshad Garden is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’re not a huge corporation with a lot of layers and managers. If you call us, you’ll probably talk to one of the three or four of us who are always here at the desks. We try to be fair with our prices and honest about the stock we have on hand. It’s a simple business model that has worked for us over the years without needing much change. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or a fancy receptionist at the front. We just have our desks and our contacts and a lot of cotton to move. It’s what we do and we're used to it.
