Asha Infocare is right here at I-129/A in Lakshmi Nagar. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings. Our shop is just a small space tucked away where we do our daily work. There isn't any big fancy reception area or people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our regular clothes, surrounded by monitors and boxes. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit now. We spend most of our time answering the phone and trying to explain things to people who are having trouble with their systems. It’s not always easy, but we try to be patient. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a mess, but we just keep the door shut and carry on with our tasks. We have a small table in the corner where we take our lunch breaks together. It’s a simple life. We don't do any big advertisements or have a marketing team. If someone needs help with their tech, they usually just walk in or call us up because a friend told them about us. We see a lot of students and small shop owners from around here. Some days are slow and we just sit around chatting, and other days we can't even find a minute to sit down. We just take it as it comes. It's just a regular local business trying to stay afloat and do a decent job for the people around Lakshmi Nagar. We don't ask for much more than that.
