Arvind Impex (India) Pvt. Ltd. is based at R-118 in East Vinod Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, which we actually quite like. Our office isn't very large. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been at R-118 for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the layout. There are only a few of us here, so things stay pretty informal. We don’t have a lot of meetings or big presentations. Instead, we just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s a very straightforward way of working. East Vinod Nagar has a lot of regular houses and small shops, so it feels very residential. We know the guy who runs the corner store and the people who live nearby. It doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment at all. We just do our tasks, handle the shipments or whatever else comes up, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of coffee, but we manage. We aren’t looking to be the biggest company in the country. We just want to do our job well and have a steady place to work. It’s a practical life, and we are quite content with how things are at R-118. It is just a normal office where we do our best every day.
