Arconomyx

Arconomyx is located at 177 Saini Enclave. It is a quiet residential area compared to other parts of Delhi. We are near Surajmal Vihar and Anand Vihar, so it’s pretty easy to get to. We focus on planning and design work here. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we sit and draw up plans for different buildings. Most of what we do involves a lot of sitting at desks and looking at blueprints or computer models. Saini Enclave is a nice spot because it’s not as noisy as the main roads, which helps when you need to concentrate on measurements. We started out here because it felt like a good middle ground for clients coming from different parts of East Delhi. There are no big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a regular building where we do our technical work. We deal with the practical side of construction and architecture. It involves a lot of back and forth about where things should go and how to make a space functional. We have some samples of materials lying around and a few half-finished projects on the boards. It’s a working office, not a showroom. People usually call before they come over. We don't have a huge staff, just a few people who know their way around a design plan. It keeps things simple and manageable for everyone involved. We just get on with it.
