Anand Properties

Our office is located at 97 in the Paharganj Industrial Area. We are pretty close to the Anand Vihar Bus Depot, so the whole area stays crowded and loud most of the time. You can hear the buses honking and the crowds moving all day long. We have been working out of this spot for a while, dealing with local properties and helping people find places to stay or work. The office is small and usually has a few people sitting around talking about prices or looking at old maps of the area. We have a lot of paper files because we still like to keep physical records of everything. It’s not a high-tech place. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it feels like home to us. We know the streets around Paharganj and Anand Vihar like the back of our hands. People stop by just to ask for directions sometimes, and we don’t mind. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just sit here, drink our tea, and talk to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a straightforward business. We tell people what we know about the local buildings and try to be helpful. It’s a busy life in a busy part of Delhi, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep things moving.
