We work out of an office in Lakshmi Nagar, specifically over at Jawahar Park, E 10/12/B 3. If you’ve ever walked through Lakshmi Nagar, you know it’s packed with people and small businesses everywhere you look. Our place is tucked into one of those buildings. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires under the tables. We deal with all sorts of technical things, from fixing broken software to helping people get their systems running again. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a workshop where things are constantly being opened up and looked at. There are usually a few spare parts lying around and the hum of server fans is the main background noise. We get a lot of students and local workers coming in with their laptops. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and the lighting in the hallway isn't the best, but once you're inside, it’s all about the work. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a quiet kind of busy. We don't have a reception desk or a sign-in sheet, you just walk in and tell us what’s wrong with your machine.
