Alpnet Solutions operates out of unit number 95 in Sriniketan Apartment, located in Vasundhra Enclave. It’s a bit different working from an apartment complex compared to a commercial plaza, but it works for us. It gives the place a more relaxed atmosphere, which we appreciate. The office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and the usual office supplies. You won’t find any corporate lobbies or elevators with music here. It’s just a place where we get our work done. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we have to concentrate on complex tasks. We’ve got a small group of people who have been here for years, so we all know how the others like their coffee or when they need a bit of space. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. Doing our work and going home to our families is the main goal. Some days we have a lot on our plate and we stay late, other days we manage to wrap up early. It’s all about balance. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy brochures. Most of the people who know us found out through word of mouth or by just living nearby. It’s a very practical way to run a business, and it keeps things simple for everyone involved in the daily grind. That's just how we operate.
