I am Alok Singh and my place is situated in Lalita Park, right off Vikash Marg. The address is 18264, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely at the numbers. This part of Delhi is always moving, and Vikash Marg is one of the busiest roads you will ever see. You can hear the metro trains passing by every few minutes, which becomes a sort of background noise you stop noticing after a while. My office is on a floor that requires climbing a few narrow stairs. It is a bit cramped inside because I have a lot of equipment and boxes lying around. I keep meaning to organize them better, but there is always something more urgent to do. I have a small window that lets me peek at the street below. Most of my day is spent answering calls or dealing with people who drop in without an appointment. It’s a very informal environment. I don't wear a suit and I don't expect anyone else to either. We just focus on the work that needs finishing. Lalita Park has a lot of energy, and being surrounded by so many other small businesses makes me feel like part of a community. It’s a rough and ready kind of place, but it serves its purpose for me and my work.
