Actuate Managment Consultants P Ltd is based out of B-29, Vikalp Apartment, in I.P. Extension. It is a bit different being in an apartment complex rather than a standard office building, but it works for us. I.P. Extension is a busy area of Delhi-110092, and the Vikalp Apartments are well-known around here. Our office is basically just a few rooms where we manage different projects and talk to clients. It gets a little cramped when we have everyone in at the same time, but we don’t mind. We have a lot of books and files piled up in the corners. The vibe is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re just in our everyday clothes, drinking tea and trying to figure out the best way to handle a client’s request. Being in a residential apartment means we have to be a bit quiet so we don't bother the neighbors, but it also makes the place feel more comfortable. We’ve been doing management consulting for a while now, and we’ve learned that being approachable is better than being formal. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks or arguing over where to order lunch from. It’s a real place with real people who just want to do their jobs well and go home to their families.
