Abc Consultants Pvt Ltd (A Leading Executive Search Firm) is based in Patparganj, over in East Delhi. We are in 414, Dhruva Apartments. The Mother Dairy is right in front of us. The apartment complex is pretty quiet compared to the main road. 110092 is the area code here. We’ve been in Dhruva Apartments for quite some time. The office feels more like a lived-in space than a corporate boardroom. There are plenty of files everywhere and the printers are usually humming. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at resumes. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the tops of some trees. It’s a very typical Delhi office experience. We have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a bit. The heat in the summer can be tough, but the thick walls of the apartment help keep things manageable. We don't use any marketing talk here. We just know who we are and what we have to do. It’s about finding people for jobs, and that takes a lot of time and patience. We are just a group of regular people working out of a residential area, keeping things simple and honest. Sometimes the lift breaks, but we don't mind the stairs too much.
