Up here in Shakarpur, specifically at S 559, we’ve been handling computer stuff for a while. Aadhar Computech Pvt Ltd sounds like a big fancy name, but we are just a group of people working out of this space. The street is always crowded, and finding a place to park is a nightmare, but we like it here. We spend our days troubleshooting hardware issues and helping folks with their IT needs. It’s not just about fixing things; sometimes it’s just about explaining how a certain program works. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who drop by when their PC starts making a weird noise. The office isn't overly decorated. We have desks, some chairs, and a lot of technical manuals that honestly we don't look at as much as we should. We’ve learned more from just opening up machines and seeing what’s wrong. It gets pretty warm in the summer, but the work keeps us occupied. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s probably ready for the bin. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive, and we just tell people that’s how it is. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a notebook and some patience. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people in Shakarpur who need help with their computers.
