A2Z Placements

We are over in the Railway Colony in Delhi, at 229/44 A. It is a familiar part of the city for many of us. Our work at A2Z Placements is pretty straightforward. We spend our time looking for people who need jobs and connecting them with places that are hiring. It is a lot of reading through applications and talking to folks about what they can do. The office is simple, with just some desks and a few filing cabinets that are starting to get full. We don't have any fancy marketing people telling us what to say. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Delhi is a huge place, so there are always people looking for a start somewhere. We see a lot of hope in the people who walk through our door. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing for hours, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the trains nearby. We have our small kitchen area for making tea, which is where we usually take our breaks. It is a practical business. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at the available positions and see if we can help someone fill them. It is satisfying when things work out, but it takes a lot of effort to get there. We just keep doing our bit every day from our corner of the colony.
