You can find us at Ashish Complex, right on the ground floor, number 7. We’re in Mayur Vihar Phase I, very close to Alcon School. It’s a convenient spot because people pass by it every day on their way to pick up their kids or go to the market. Our office isn't very big, but it’s usually full of maps and property listings taped to the windows. We’ve been helping people find apartments and shops in this neighborhood for a long time. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones have parking issues. It’s mostly just us sitting here waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in with a "to let" sign. We don't use big words or fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what’s available and what the rent is going to be. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon walking around showing different flats to families. It’s tiring but it’s good to see people find a place they like. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, and the chairs are a little squeaky, but it’s home for us. We’re just local people who know the real estate market in this corner of Delhi. We don't try to be something we’re not. If you want to know about a property nearby, we probably have the keys or know the owner. It’s just how we do things here every single day.
