Independent Businessman

I’m an independent businessman located in Durgapur village. My name is Pradeep Kumar Chaubey, and this is where I’ve lived and worked for years. Durgapur is in the Sakaldiha post area, within the Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a different world compared to the big cities like Delhi or Bangalore. Life here moves at a slower pace, and business is often done face-to-face with people you’ve known your whole life. I don’t have a high-rise office or a fleet of cars. My business is run from my home base here in the village. It’s a simple setup, mostly just a desk and the necessary papers to keep things legal and organized. Being independent in a place like Chandauli means you have to be resourceful. I handle whatever comes up, whether it’s dealing with local logistics or managing my own accounts. I don't use big words or marketing slogans to describe what I do. I just provide what’s needed and try to be fair with everyone I meet. The village is quiet, surrounded by fields, and that suits me just fine. I don't need the noise and stress of a city to be successful. I just need a steady routine and the trust of the local community. It’s honest work, and I’m proud to be doing it right here in my own village. I've been part of this community since I was a child.
