Our place is pretty easy to find since we’re right near the Reliance Petrol Pump here in Barbil. Most people use the pump as a landmark anyway. We’ve been in this part of Orissa for a good while now. Hr isn't a big corporation with a lot of layers. It’s just us. We spend our days handling whatever comes through the door. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a polished office. It’s a practical space where we can get our work done without a lot of distractions. We don’t go in for marketing talk or trying to sell ourselves. We just do what we’re supposed to do. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is decent. The locals know us, and we know them. It’s a small town feel, even when things get busy. We don’t have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a few lists of things to finish. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours, and we take it seriously enough. We like being part of the community here and plan on staying put for a long time.
