Our place, Yugatar Institute Of Tech. And Management, is located at Mansa Sadan in Bhilai. The full address is Plot-340/3 on Street-2B in Pragati Nagar, Risali. It’s in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. Even though Rajnandgaon is in our name, this is where we actually spend our days. The building is called Mansa Sadan, and it’s a pretty quiet spot for the most part. We have students coming in for technical and management courses, so the rooms are usually full of people trying to learn something new. It’s not a massive university campus, but we have enough space for what we need. The street outside is mostly houses, so it doesn't feel like a busy industrial zone. We’ve got some computers and classrooms set up inside. During the rainy season, the roads around Risali can get a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We don't have a big corporate team running things; it’s just a few of us making sure the classes happen and the students are getting what they need. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Most people around here know the building. We just focus on the teaching part and try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. It’s a practical place for people who want to pick up some skills and get on with their careers.
