Ashrafia Group Of Institutions is located in Dondi Lohara. It is a place that feels very different from the big, fast-paced cities. Life here in Dondi Lohara has a more natural rhythm, and we try to reflect that in how we manage the institutions. The buildings are spread out enough that you don't feel cramped, and there is a lot of open space around. In the mornings, you can hear the birds and the sound of the town waking up before the students start arriving. The walls of the institutions are painted a simple color, and we try to keep them clean, though the red soil of the area tends to leave its mark on the bottom of everything. We don't have a lot of the fancy gadgets you might see in a metropolitan school, but we have the basics covered and the rooms are always full of activity. The staff here are mostly local people who live just a few minutes away. Sometimes when it rains heavily, the roads get a bit muddy, but everyone still finds their way here. We spend a lot of time sitting in the courtyard talking about what needs to be fixed or updated. It is a place built on effort and being part of the local scene. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the doors are open for whoever needs to be here.
