Our office is in Bhilai, located at Bk-27/4 in Nehru Nagar West. If you’re familiar with the 490020 area, you know it’s a big residential and commercial mix. We’ve been here at this address for quite a while now. S A I L has a lot of history in this town, and being in Nehru Nagar means we are right in the thick of it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building where we handle our daily business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with the paperwork that comes with being in this industry. It can be a bit dry sometimes, but it’s the work that needs doing. Bhilai is a steel town at heart, and that influences how everyone around here operates—very practical and straightforward. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy brochures. Usually, it’s just us sitting around the table trying to figure out the best way to handle a project or a delivery. The weather gets really hot here, so the AC in the office is probably our favorite thing during the summer months. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or to drop off documents, and we always try to have a seat ready for them. It’s a low-key environment where we just focus on the day’s goals and try to get home at a decent hour. It is a solid place to work and the locals are friendly.
