Our work happens inside Flat A/3 at Parvati Apartment. It’s part of the Kailash Puri Complex over in Kusum Vihar, Phase 2. If you know Dhanbad, you know this part of town gets a bit dusty but it is mostly quiet. We converted this flat into an office because it was easier than renting a big commercial space. It feels more comfortable this way. We deal with logic and technology tasks throughout the day. The pin code here is 826005. Most of us live close enough to walk or take a quick rickshaw ride. The apartment isn't huge, so we are often sitting quite close to each other. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to answer it. Dhanbad is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same. The summers are really hot here in Jharkhand, so we keep the fans running all day long. Sometimes we grab some snacks from the shops nearby during our breaks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our tech work and go home to our families. It’s a simple setup for a small team like ours that just wants to get things done without any fuss or corporate drama.
