Info Soft Tech Software Company is located over on J.C. Mallick Road in the Hirapur area of Dhanbad. It’s a fairly typical street, always something happening outside. We work on software here. It’s mostly just sitting at computers for long hours, trying to get things to work right. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who actually enjoy the technical side of things. The office is simple. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of power strips. Dhanbad is known for other things, but there is a decent tech community growing here too. We like being part of that. People walk in with questions about their systems or projects they want to start, and we sit down and talk it through. No big presentations, just a conversation. We’ve been on J.C. Mallick Road for a bit now and it feels like the right place for us. It’s easy for people to find once they know the Hirapur neighborhood. Sometimes we get stuck on a bug for hours and the room gets real quiet. Other times we’re all talking at once. It’s a real workplace, not something out of a magazine. We just focus on the code and making sure the software does what it’s supposed to do. It’s honest work and we take it as it comes. No more, no less. It is just the way we like to do things around here.
