Ss Developer

Our location for Ss Developer is in the Gold Building over in Saraidhela. We are right on Hirak Road, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the Lemon Chilli restaurant. We are very close to that. This part of Dhanbad is growing quite a bit, so there is always a new project starting up. The office is on one of the upper floors, and we have a decent view of the road from the window. We spend most of our time talking to people about land and construction. It is a lot of talking and a lot of looking at site plans. The Gold Building is a well-known spot, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We keep things pretty casual here. There is usually a pot of tea going and some newspapers on the table. We aren't doing anything fancy; we just develop properties and manage the building process from start to finish. Some days are slow and we just sit around waiting for permits, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. Saraidhela has changed so much since we first started, and it’s interesting to see the new buildings going up. We are just one of the many businesses trying to make things work in this busy part of the town. We take the work as it comes and try to stay busy.
