You have to go behind the Khalsa Hotel in Village Kapasara to find us. We are located in the Ratan Pura area, which is a bit tucked away but not hard to reach if you know where the hotel is. Rajshree Fly Ash Bricks India is basically a big open space where we process ash into bricks. It is a very grey place because of the materials we use. Everything is covered in a fine grey powder by noon. We don't have a shiny lobby or anyone wearing suits here. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in dust and sweat. The machines make a lot of noise, so we have to shout sometimes to be heard. We make these bricks because they are what people are asking for these days. They stack up nice and straight. We spend a lot of time moving the finished blocks into rows so they can dry properly. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We eat our lunch together under a small tin roof when it gets too hot. There is no marketing department here. We just hope that if we make a decent brick, people will tell their friends about us. It is simple math and hard work. We stay until the last truck is loaded and the machines are wiped down for the next day. It’s just a regular life in the brick business.
