Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited

This office is located right in Digwadih New Colony No 10, which is part of the Jealgora area here in Dhanbad. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get pretty dusty with all the activity around. We have been at this address for a bit now, running the Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited operations for the local folks. It isn’t a huge place, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. My desk is near the back wall where it stays a little cooler during those really hot Jharkhand summers. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing things into the system. Most people come in to ask about their car or bike paperwork since that is what we do here. There’s a calendar on the wall that we use to mark down the dates, and sometimes we have a small radio playing in the corner if it gets too quiet. The street outside is usually quiet in the mornings but picks up by noon. We try to keep the files in order, though sometimes the stacks get a little high when it’s a busy week. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door so people can find us. It’s a simple setup, and we mostly just focus on finishing the day’s tasks before heading home. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out until it comes back.
