Genpact

We are located out in Rangadih, which is part of the Maithon area in the Dhanbad district of Jharkhand. Genpact has been part of this community for a while now. The pin code is 828207. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a plain building that serves its purpose. Inside, we have our basic setup. It gets quite hot during the summer months, so the fans are always spinning at full speed. We don't have fancy air conditioning or anything like that. It’s a simple life for everyone at Genpact. We know most of the people who walk past our door, and they know us. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially when the big trucks go by, but we don't mind it much anymore. Our work keeps us busy, and we don't really have time to worry about having the latest office gadgets or expensive chairs. We use what we have and make sure the job gets done. There’s a certain quietness to working here that you don’t get in Delhi or Mumbai. We appreciate the space we have, even if it’s a bit out of the way for some. It’s just where we are, and we’ve made a home out of it over the years. No frills, just hard work and a lot of tea. Genpact is just part of the local landscape here in Jharkhand now.
