Working at Icici Winfra here in Dhanbad is a bit different than the big city offices. We are located in the Housing Colony at Qr No M I G B 73. It’s a proper Jharkhand neighborhood, very grounded and straightforward. Living and working in a colony means you see the same families every day and the kids playing outside in the evenings. Our office is just a regular house converted for work. It’s got that specific Dhanbad feel where everyone knows each other’s business. We handle a lot of the local coordination from this spot. It isn't a high-tech facility with shiny elevators. We have regular rooms, ceiling fans, and a lot of paper files stacked up on shelves. Most of the time, we are just busy keeping track of local projects and making sure the numbers add up. It gets quite dusty around here sometimes because of the region, but we just keep the windows shut and carry on. There isn't any corporate polish in this building. It is a practical place for people who have work to finish. We drink a lot of tea and spend our hours on the phone or typing away. It is honest work in a regular part of town. If you were looking for us, you’d just ask for the housing colony block and someone would point you the right way.
