Icici Prudential

This Icici Prudential branch is located c/o Dilip Chatterjee in the Dumurkunda area of Chirkunda. Being out here in the Dhanbad district of Jharkhand, things feel a bit different than the big city offices. Our pin code is 828202. It is a simple setup, really. We spend our days dealing with the local residents who need help with their insurance papers. The surroundings are quiet compared to the main town area, which is nice when you have a lot of forms to read through. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or use the backup if it’s working. We handle a lot of the basic stuff here, like helping people understand their plans or making sure their claims are filed correctly. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s more about the work at hand. People from around Chirkunda know where Dilip Chatterjee’s place is, so they find us easily enough. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the roads nearby, but we keep the desks as clean as possible. It is just a handful of us working here, making sure the records are up to date. We see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward life, just focusing on the tasks on our desks and making sure everyone gets their questions answered before we close up for the day.
