We are located in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, specifically near the Shiv Mandir in Gandhi Nagar. Our office is close to the Bhatia Building, which is how most people find us if they aren't from this immediate area. Being near the temple means there’s always a bit of activity outside, especially on certain days of the week. The coal dust is a reality of life here in Dhanbad, so we’re always cleaning the surfaces. Shivjee Singh is the name associated with our location, and we’ve become a part of the local landscape over time. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have those big, shiny lobbies you see in the metros. It’s just a room with desks where we help the local residents and miners with their banking needs. The neighborhood is tight-knit. You can’t walk down the street without seeing someone you know.
