You can find us at Ashok Aashram in Dibdih. It is a place that many people around here already know. We operate as Jharskill Private Limited. It is not a massive building with hundreds of offices. It is a more humble space where we focus on teaching skills to people who need them. Dibdih has its own pace of life, and we fit right into it. The building is a bit older, with some cracks in the plaster and windows that stick sometimes. But inside, we have everything we need to get the job done. We don't use big words or fancy titles. Most of us just go by our first names. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who walk in off the street looking for a way to improve their lives. It is a local operation through and through. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove to make tea for ourselves and the visitors. It feels like a real community spot. We focus on the practical side of things. How to get a job, how to use a tool, things like that. It is not a polished corporate environment, and we like it that way. It makes people feel more at home when they are learning something new. We are just here, doing our thing in Dibdih every day. Sometimes it is noisy outside with the traffic, but we just keep at it.
