Anandi Career Skills

Anandi Career Skills is tucked away on the first floor of Urmila Tower. Our office is number 119. We are located in the Bank More area of Dhanbad, which is a pretty central spot to be in. The building is older, but it’s solid. We’ve got a small team here working on skill development. The office is mostly taken up by computers and a few long tables. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s more like a workshop where people come to get things done. We like being in Bank More because everything is close by. You can get good tea just around the corner, and the post office isn't far either. The first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift most of the time. We spend a lot of our day sitting at the desks, helping people figure out their next steps. The lighting is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake during the slow afternoon hours. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work is getting finished. It’s a local Dhanbad business, through and through. We know the people here and we understand how things work in this part of town. There’s no big mystery to what we do; we just show up and put in the hours every day. It is a very simple and practical way to run a business.
