Under Care Of Larsen & Toubro Limited

This place is basically a small office in the staff housing area. We are in Room F2/9/4, which is right by the Main Material Gate at the Reliance Staff Housing in Motikhavdi. It’s a very specific spot in Jamnagar. Living and working here means you’re always close to the project. We are under the care of Larsen & Toubro, so there’s always something going on. The room isn't much, just a place to keep records and have a seat during the day. It’s Gujarat, so it gets pretty hot outside, but we have a fan and some shade. We see the trucks coming and going through the material gate all day long. It's a lot of dust and noise, but that's part of the job. Most of the people around here are also working on the same big projects. We don't have any formal reception or anything. If you need us, you just come to the door and knock. We deal with the daily logistics and the small details that keep the bigger machine moving. It's honest work, even if it's not very glamorous. We've been here for the duration of this phase, and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the gates opening and closing. There is a sense of accomplishment when a big delivery gets sorted out. We just do our bit and keep moving, day in and day out, until the job is done.
