Under Larsen & Toubro Limited, Ecc Division.

We are based in Room F2/9/4 over by the main gate where all the materials come into the site. This is the Reliance Staff Housing section in Motikhavdi. Being part of the ECC Division of Larsen & Toubro means things are usually quite busy around here. The office is really just a simple room where we handle the paperwork for the construction side of things. Jamnagar is a big place for this kind of work, and we are right in the middle of it. You can hear the heavy machinery from here most of the day. It’s not the kind of office where you’d find a water cooler and fancy chairs. We have some old desks, a few files, and a lot of boots near the door. We spend a lot of time out on the site and then come back here to finish up the logs and schedules. It's a practical setup for people who are actually doing the building. We don't worry about how the place looks as long as we can find our documents when we need them. The neighbors are all coworkers living in the housing complex. It’s a tight community. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on schedule with whatever task is in front of us. Every day brings a new set of challenges, but we just handle them one by one without making a fuss about it.
