L&T Limited

We’re out here in Khodiyar Colony, which is part of Taluk Kalavad in the Jamnagar district. L&T Limited has this spot and we spend our days making sure everything stays on track. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city areas, so it’s quieter than some of the other places we’ve worked. We have a set routine every morning. The weather can get pretty hot in Jamnagar, so we try to get the heavy work done early if we can. Our building in Khodiyar Colony is pretty basic. It does the job. We aren't here to impress anyone with how the place looks. Most of the people working here live nearby in Kalavad. We’ve got a mix of older guys and some younger ones learning the ropes. L&T Limited is a name that’s been around, but for us, it’s just the place we go to every day. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or writing up big goals. We just look at what needs to be done that day and we do it. Sometimes the trucks are late and it throws the whole schedule off. We just deal with it. It’s a lot of practical work and not much else. If you’re ever out this way in the district, you’ll see our gates. We just try to keep things moving.
