Dhenuka Milk & Food Llp is run right out of Khijuriya in Deoghar. We’ve been focusing on dairy and food items for a bit now. It all happens near the home of Sanjay Kr Jha. Dealing with milk is a very early morning job. You have to be up before the sun to make sure everything is fresh and ready for the day. We handle the collection and the distribution ourselves mostly. It’s a lot of cleaning and checking temperatures. We aren't a giant factory; it’s more of a local operation that grew over time. Deoghar is a good place for this kind of work because people here appreciate fresh food. We don't use any fancy slogans or complicated systems. We just want to make sure the milk is good and the food items we prepare are what people expect. Sometimes the delivery truck acts up or we have a power cut, which is always a headache when you’re dealing with cold storage. We just fix what we can and keep moving. The neighbors know us, and we try to be helpful whenever someone needs something. It’s a practical business. We spend more time in our work clothes than in suits. That’s just the way it is when you’re working with food and livestock. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk every single day. We are just local folks trying to do a good job.
