Yamuna Sports Complex, Delhi Development Authority

We operate out of 12/233 in Kalyan Puri, over in Delhi. Most people know us through the Yamuna Sports Complex and the Delhi Development Authority. It’s a busy little spot. The office isn't anything to brag about. It’s just a room with some old desks and chairs where we handle the administrative side of things. There’s usually a stack of papers on every surface. We spend a lot of time talking to people about the local facilities and whatever else needs doing. It’s a lot of back-and-forth. Kalyan Puri is a lively neighborhood, so it never feels lonely around here. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy lobby. We just have a calendar on the wall and a tea kettle that’s always running. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. Sometimes things get delayed because of some red tape or just because it's a busy day, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. We’ve been in this location for a while now. It’s not the biggest office, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. People usually find us because they live nearby or have something to sort out with the complex. It’s a very straightforward way of working.
