You can find Dreamz Job Solution on the 2nd floor of the Sheesh Ram Complex. It's at B-222, right in the middle of the Main Badarpur Market. It is a very crowded place, especially during the day. We have a small office up the stairs. It’s usually full of papers and folders from people looking for work. We spend our time looking at resumes and trying to see who fits where. It’s not a high-tech operation. We just use our phones and a couple of old computers to keep track of things. Sometimes the market outside is so loud with the vendors and traffic that we have to close the windows just to hear each other. We get a lot of young people coming in hoping for a start in their career. We try to help them out as much as we can with what we have available. We don't promise anything we can't do. It’s just about connecting one person to another. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep, but once you get up here, it’s a bit quieter than the street level.
