If you have ever been to Nehru Place, you know it is a very hectic area full of people looking for electronics and office spaces. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It is a simple place where we spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. We have stacks of paper on almost every surface, and the phone rings pretty much constantly. We try to help local businesses find the staff they need, whether it is for an office role or something more manual. Nehru Place is a great location for this because there are so many companies nearby, but the noise from the street can be a lot sometimes. We don't have a big, polished reception area. Instead, we have a few chairs where people can sit while they fill out their forms. It is a very hands-on job, and we spend a lot of time interviewing people to see where they might fit best. We aren't some giant recruitment firm; we are just a small team trying to make things work for the people who come to us. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow, so we often end up walking up and down the stairs to meet people. It’s busy, often a bit messy, but it’s how we help folks get a foot in the door.
